Neon Prairie Foundation was born from a love of art, community, and the bright spirit of the Midwest. Our mission is simple: To empower diverse, emerging artists by providing direct grant funding and support where it’s needed most.
We believe that Tulsa’s creative scene thrives when every voice has a chance to be heard. That’s why we focus on uplifting artists from underrepresented backgrounds—amplifying fresh perspectives, bold ideas, and powerful stories through financial support and community connection.
Inspired by the energy of the Neon Prairie Festival, this foundation exists to keep that spark alive year-round—fostering growth, visibility, economic development, job creation, and new opportunities for the next wave of local talent.
